Default 68' Chevy Camaro Belgian restauration

Hello guys !

At first i want to say that my englisch is not that good because i'm from Belgium.

Now , here's my Camaro story:

I found work in a garage that used to be an GM garage. When i had to do something in a side building of the garage i saw him. I knew immediately that i wanted to restore that car ! He was built in 68' an had only 90 000 km on the counter in only 9 years(!). I found the car in 2012 so the car was parked in the (heated) garage for ca. 35 Years !! the engine was an in line 6. So i took the car out of the garage en began the restauration...
I try to do as many as possible at the project but have some good help from friends as wel !

here are a few pictures from the car untill now ...

Yes, that would be a factory installed sunroof. His car was assembled in Antwerp, Belgium, and sunroofs were an option. It wasn't an option here in the U.S.: Camaro Foreign Assembly Plants
Welcome to C.F., man. Nice car, glad you're giving it new life.

Not that I'm a big fan of sunroofs, but I wonder why that never caught on over here?

Not find and welcome to the site miichielx.

Those seats look great. Looks like you are going to have a really clean car.
