Question Seat Belt Anchors

I have a 67, currently with only lap belts in the front. I am considering updating with a shoulder belt kit, but I am not yet sure if the body is tapped for mounts/anchors on the upper points or at the floor where I would mount the retraction unit. Before I try removing carpet or headliner, were all 1967 bodies built with taps to receive anchor bolts for shoulder belts, or were they made like that only if that car was built with that option?

Check roof above rear windows. There may be a threaded nut for shoulder belt.
