needed: lower kick panel vent knobs 69 Z28

Does anyone have lower kick panel vent knobs (drivers side) for 1969 Z28. The only thing I can find is the whole assembly that includes the knobs. I was hoping that someone has an old assembly with knobs or just the knobs.

I think that they were glued on... I've only seen them off when they were in pieces.

The metal rod has what looks like 4 threads but more like serrations. I think the knob is just pressed on. My guess is the female hole in the knob is a little under sized and is a press fit. May have to buy the whole unit to just get the knobs. Also, I am new to the Camaro forum and was wondering why they removed the word "knob" on my post?

Where was it removed from? Thread title: needed: lower kick panel vent knobs 69 Z28.
I'm also seeing numerous knobs all throughout the thread. Which one is missing on your end?

I don't know if 68 and 69 are different. Mine had small screws in the end and was able to order them from Classic industries but I bought every thing new, rods, new flap, new handle.

Don't know. I logged in and the words were inserted again.

We were weren't playing with your thread, something with your computer (or phone) must have been throwing you a curve!
