Dude, you're having a car shipped from Ohio to Washington state? Off of e-bay? Cars in Ohio are rustier than a mainland Chinaman's english....
Why didn't you just drive to Portland to pick something up, or better yet, pick something up in Seattle? I see cars all the time sitting on the street by UW, and there's always stuff popping up for sale all over the place...
If I were you, I'd flake out on that purchase, and get something that you can personally inspect. As has been mentioned, that car is a mess-- The interior is nothing, as that can be catalog-bought. But the body looks like it's definitely had panel replacement-- When the wipers aren't even on correctly, you know the person that put it together did a ****ty job.
Look at the hood fit... Yikes. Run for the hills, my friend!
