right now im running a normal aluminum single carb intake but I want something like this sticking out of my hood when its all said and done lol. I already bought a standard hood to cut up so my ss hood can be reused one day when I get tired of it lol. so my question is, how far will this stick out if at all on the normal intake and what intake would I need to get it to sit basically flush with the top of the stock hood. would a high rise intake do or would I need a tunnel ram intake? oh and if I do a tunnel ram intake with 2 carbs, how much worse would my mpgs get lol. I wont be changing the intake on the 350 that's currently in the 68 but I still want to run this scoop if I can while I pull the stroker out of my monte carlo, is this possible? maybe a spacer or something?
