Default Weak fuel pump or sticky choke?

What would be symptoms of a weak fuel pump or sticking choke? The car runs great at highway speed but idles very low and dies at a stop sign. It started doing this after a 100 mile drive. Is it possible that the idle screw moved from motor vibration?
It's a 350 with an Edelbrock 600 or 650?

I think I figured out. My idle in drive was only about 500 rpm and dropped to 350 to 400 in drive. After doing research, for this motor and how it's built, the idle should be between 850 and 900 rpm in drive. Works like a champ now. I think the idle screw worked it's way out a bit on my long drive yesterday.
