How hard is it to install an aftermarket A/C system in a 67 that is a non a/c car? Do you have to cut holes for the vents? Who makes a better system for doing this?

 

Vintage Air has a sure fit designed to fit you car. You don't have to cut the dash if you don't want to, they have vents that can mount to the bottom of the dash.

I plan to use a Vintage Air setup to replace the factory AC on my car.
