Default Trunk light Under hood light locations?

Can someone please post pictures of the locations of the trunk light and under hood light for a 68 as well as a wiring diagram and how they are activated
Thanks

I'm not personal familiar with the 1968 Camaro, but from the 1968 Assembly Manual it looks like it is fed from rear truck harness.

The underhood lite appears to be fed from the horn relay. Not sure what is controlling it

Yes. lights have battery power applied to them.
Lights turn on via mercury switch inside. UP = ON; down = OFF.
Fifty years later, it may not have mercury.

Thanks for that information, Everett. The trunk drawing has a note that says the lite should shut off somewhere near 12" from closed position and now it makes sense. Just goes to show that a person can always learn from others experience.

You're welcome. Yes. I forgot about the 10-12 inches to closing, light OFF.

When they are received, try them out locally at the battery ensuring they work correctly.
Hate in having a dead battery caused by a light staying on when closed.
