So, after some body work down south (before I got her), the chrome stripping around the rag top was removed and never made it back on. Got the assembly manual in yesterday, but can't locate where this bit is covered, and I have ZERO idea on where the clips go, what needs to be there for when I order the replacement boot, etc.

Anyone know where I can find this info? I've got the trim, and supposedly all the parts, but...

 

Purchase a Body by Fisher Service Manual, Section 13.
Might find one for free on the 'net.
If not, let me know.

 

Many thanks... tried finding one on the net, but no such luck. Looks like another couple of weeks to finish this part of the restoration. Thought the Factory Assembly Manual would cover that, but that's what I get for thinking!

Of course, after purchasing the Assembly Manual, I *DID* find one of those on the 'net, LOL. Never hurts to have a digital copy to back-up the paper manual though, eh?
