Depending on the model there's a wide variety of trannys that came in '68 Camaros,3 speed stick,a couple of different 4 speed sticks Saginaw or the stronger Muncie either M20,M21 or M22,2 speed Powerglide autos,3 speed Turbo 350 and Turbo 400 autos.
Does it have a trans in it now or is this a project you need one for?
It would help if you gave more info like if it's a stick shift 3 or 4 speed or an automatic 2 or 3 speed or if it's been upgraded to a newer 4 speed auto.
Maybe a picture or two.

TH350 was introduced in 1969. There were some press cars model year 68 IIRC that were fitted with the TH350 according to CRG

Didn't some of the big block cars and performance small blocks get the T-400?
My '68 Impala with a 327 had one.
You're right on the T-350 although a '68 Camaro could have anything in it by now.
OP we're not mind readers ,give us more info if you want help.
