Default Starter/Clutch

Anyway to disengage the need for the clutch to be applied before starting a 4 speed? I understand the safety concerns. On a hill it is tough to start when the clutch has to be engageded and the e-brake doesn't always work well on a steep hill.

Adjust rear brakes for a slight drag
Adjust parking for full engagement at 8 clicks of pedal.
Otherwise, set trans in neutral, step on brakes, start engine, then select gear., release parking brake.
Tip: turn front wheels into curb.
