Hi, I am searching for a restored 69 Camaro here in the UK. I have seen rusty cowl under the windshield being reported as a regular problem with this model. I have searched the web a lot without finding if there is a way to check a potential purchase for unrepaired rust in that area? Secondary to checking for rust, is there an easy way to check if the cowl/dash metal has been repaired or replaced?
