Rudy 56
new to the forum picked up a 69 RS and the car rides very stiff the previous owner I believe road raced, removed the rear sway bar and lowering blocks now I want to replace the suspension for more of a streetable ride I am looking at front coil overs and new shocks in the rear can anyone recommend what brand would give me the best ride
I like how mine rides stock (basically stock) 68 plain jane
Know a guy who spent a ton on his with a new frame, rack and pinion, all of that (cost a fortune)
I just got rid of my rear air shocks and installed some multi leaf springs like my 69 Z-28 had
Rides nice
Best thing about coilovers is the adjustable ride height, not the actual ride
Same with the tubular a arms with the poly bushings, made to be easily replaceable not to ride nice
Remember, opinions are like a holes, everybody has one, mine is from doing alignments for 40 years
