Project camaro for sale

I plan on buying a first gen camaro later this year, but I’m stuck between this project camaro and a completely restored camaro, the project camaro is in my state and the restored camaro is in another state. the project camaro is obviously cheaper runs good with a clean title and close to me ,but I don’t know if it drives. The restored camaro is ready to drive off the lot but it’s in another state. I live in an apartment with rentable garages and a storage place next to it, i want opinions from you guys.
