Default Removing rear quarter window felt

Does anyone know how to remove the rear quarter window outer sweep on a 68 convertible. I got the inner one off but can not see how the outer comes off.
Thanks

It should pull up/off. You can use a putty knife carefully to release the clips between body & trim

There might be a screw to remove in the forward end.

Yes, because felt attaches to wide molding.
Take off molding, exchange felt, and install molding.
