Default Question on Steering Coupler

What tool is required to remove the factory steering coupler (rag joint) bolt?
Is there a special socket needed?

Okay in that case may I ask what do you use to remove this multi-point bolt?

None of my sockets work. The closest one is a 7/16" but it won't grab it. Suggestions?

12 point wrench or socket. Sears carries them, as do some auto parts stores. Might as well get the set.
