What new cars power steering gear boxes will fit on the 67-69 Camaro? I'm about to undertake a power steering upgrade, but the prices of gear boxes are outrageous!! I have read the 87-92 Iroc power steering boxes will work, those originally equipped with sport suspension?
I was wondering if a Buick Grand National steering box will work??? (I hope so) because they are quick ratio boxes, and I have access to GN parts...
Also, is there any suggestions as far as special parts needed for the steering column shaft down by the steering box, when converting from manual steering? I've replaced a few gear boxes, and steering components, but never a complete conversion. I dont want to spend weeks figuring out what the hell is missing![Icon Teeth](https://camaroforums.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_teeth.gif)
hey, thanks in advance guys!

I just found a 86 Z28 at the pick and pull and am wondering the same thing. Anybody know? Will the 86 Z gearbox work well in the 67? I read somewhere that there are only 2 manual and 3 power gear boxes in the first 3 Gens.
