Power steering
Burleyboy - I just installed a Flaming River Power Rack and Pinion system on my 1967 that originally had just manual steering. The system is not cheap ($2000+ with new tilt steering column), but it makes a big difference in how it drives. The steering is really tight, and the power steering is good. Not necessarily as smooth as a new car, but still a significant improvement. Installation was relatively easy with no modfications to the car required, although I would not want to do it with a car lift.

About how long did it take you to install everything?
