Parasitic draw 69 Z28
My battery keeps dying on my 69 Z28. Alternator and Voltage Regulator are new. Battery is new. Dash clock is the only thing that runs. Some days it is fine, others the battery is dead. Any suggestions as to what I am missing?

I will add Trunk light, under hood light, lighter socket and the lighter itself Are all common issues. If it is none of that come back and I can try to walk through the process of tracking down a draw.
Remember lights that have just turned on will not be very hot. Light that have been on a long time with be really hot and may even have headed up the surrounding metal.

As suggested, view the Camaro at night or in a dark garage in finding a light bulb.
If modern electronics is installed, there will always be a current demand for memory.
Foe troubleshooting, you can insert a DMM set up as a ammeter between the two red wires on horn relay buss bar as this will show current drawn.
Should be less than 0.1 ampere

thanks for your input. can you elaborate on this:
"you can insert a DMM set up as a ammeter between the two red wires on horn relay buss bar as this will show current drawn"
I am perplexed because, I cannot find a light in the glove box or trunk. I do not have any accessories other than the clock it came with, which did not work but now does. I know it sounds silly but i did not have any issues with the battery draining until after the clock started working.

Lights in trunk, glovebox, and engine bay were a selected option.
You have a clock, and it kicks in every minute(?), I don't know the time between the clock kicking into power, but, you may have found it, Camaro worked fine before clock worked, now doesn't.
Unplug clock and test/analyze.
As for ammeter hook-up, remove a red wire from horn relay buss bar and insert DMM between disconected red wire and buss bar, or other red wire.
When clock kicks in, as it winds up a spring, current will be read.
No accessory on, no power drawn unless aftermarket stereo is installed.

^^...well that strongly indicates your clock is causing the battery drain. Disconnect the clock and see if your battery drain problem goes away. If not than your clock is not the issue
