Default Paint shop in Chicagoland area?

I'm looking for a decent paint shop / body shop in the Chicagoland area that could do a good job repainting my 69 Z28 clone in the original LeMans Blue with white rally stripes.

Overall, the body is in decent shape but some minor work that would be needed around the seams and joints.

In particular, I would be interest in any place that would allow me to help (learn) during the process (sanding, etc) that would be really cool.

Just looking for a budgetary number for next winter if I can save some over the next year...

There is one I know who is near me and he does excellent work. He would let me work on my car in his shop, not sure how he feels about strangers though till I ask him. He's in Barrington, so you're about 35 minutes away depending on traffic.
