I solved both those problems with my car. I shaved and painted my bumpers and also shaved the drip edge moldings too, amongst many other things

that is an idea but i like the chrome on black look.

I like the shaved drip edge idea. like mine....but they come like that.

can't disagree with you there (on the chrome and black)

if you were ever to do that mod, just to let you know ahead of time, it's A LOT of workand you will find out how good/bad of shape you roof is really in
