Default New seat covers

I'm thinking about buying new Houndstooth seat covers for my 69 convertible. From what I understand most, if not all 1st Gen convertibles did not offer the houndstooth interior? Either way, has anyone seen this in a covertible and how did it look? Any suggestions on where I can get the best price?

I will be putting the same in my convertible, just to keep the seats from heating up in the sun. I have used Ricks (firstgen.com) for my stuff and like the service/pricing. 389 for front/rear set in houndstooth.
