New to forum
Hey guys, I'm new to the forum here and I'm looking at a 1967 Camaro w/454, turbo 400 tranny, edelbrock cam, intake and more. It's black with the z/28 silver striped painted (not real z/28) with a nice set of 17" American Racing torq-thrust wheels. My first question is, is it possible to change the front grill and lower valance to a 1969 Camaro grill & valance? will everything bolt up or will I have to do a lot of modding to make it fit? Has this been done before? Also the car's windshield wipers dont work, what would I need to replace in order to get them running? Thanks!

I've never tried it, and I don't know why you would want to? Dimensionally, the 69 body is different from the 67/68. And, the grill isn't going to just slide into place either without cutting it up. What's wrong with the look of the 67? Even if you were able to change it, you would have a half-breed from front to rear.
Your wiper motor itself could be bad, or the wiring, or the switch. Start with a test light at the motor. If you have power, then the motor would need to be replaced. Or do what I do, don't drive it in the rain.

I want to change the lower valance for sure because I like the look of the 69' front end. I want to mod the lower valance 69' parking lamps to be running as fog lamps. I was thinking of putting a HID kit in the headlights and the lower lamps. Signals would be the lights beside the headlights. I dont want to make any mods that cant be changed back to original, so no cutting up for me.

You can find the replacement parts for the wiper at www.rickscamaro.com or www.classicindustries.com
Youmight be able to find he valance a ricks, I imagine it would bolt right up.
