Default New 67 rs vert roller

Posted this in new members also but probably get better traffic here.
Just got a 67 rs convertible roller today. Will be lots of work but going in with a long term goal. Very little rust since it has been in storage mainly since 1982. I am sure I will be visiting here often. Current plans are to go with an LS or newer engine and T56. Can you guys recommend some good books to read up on for a ground up restoration? Or even a DVD if there is a good one.

I have a version of this manual but for a 69.

It has bailed me out more then once..best $20 I spent.

Also www.ls1tech.com is a good site for info if you plan to put in a LS motor.

Looks like you got a winner there for a base to start on. Great find!

You can't go wrong with an Assembly Manual, I highly recommend one for anyone going for a restoration or resto-mod. All the specs you would ever need are in it and information that is priceless for reassembly. It will tell you what all the holes in the bulkhead (firewall) are for and let you know a couple of the options that were on it. Like wether it had gauges in the console etc.. And you now know that it had factory A/C from the above statement about the large rectangular hole.
Please post some pics as you get into the process. We love pics of progress
