Changed intake manifold. Still the same. Running out of parts to change. Maybe its time for that exorcist.

Did you try a 190 thermostat or mess more with the jets?
Your vacuum is at 1 at idle, what vacuum port are you checking that at? For fun, I would try hooking up a temperature gauge on the intake manifold. The stock position for the temp sensor, in the head, is between exhaust ports. Hot running exhaust, especially with headers, can heat up the heads and affect the temperature reading. With the sending unit in the head, you're more reading head temperature, whereas in the intake manifold reads the temperature of the coolant that's flowing through the engine. In your case, since you have the one gauge, I would add a second temp gauge permanently so you can monitor both head temperature and a more realistic coolant temperature.

Turns out I had a bad vacuum gauge new vacuum gauge shows 11 inches change thermostat to a 190 change the Jets from 55 to 65 electrical temp gauge mounted into thermostat housing mounted a mechanical temp gauge right into the manifold both gauges read the same
