We just moved back to Texas and this time I told the wife I wanted a Monster Garage, she could pick the house... We ended up finding a awesome house that had a nice 3 car, so my only option was to build additional garage! so thats what I did and they just finished it! I gotta tell you I love it...If I would'nt be divorced I would be out here all the time : )

I tried to think of everything! it is 20 x 45 ( the biggest the HOA would approve ) 2 story. 12 ft ceilings for coming lift. garage door has side motor and rails hugs the ceiling. has bathroom under stairs. lots of light, utility sink, floor drains and I installed a ( Ucoat-it ) epoxy floor system. wired for AV so soon to have big screen hanging on the wall. Ceiling has retractable Air and Electric! I bought a vintage 1969 Pepsi vending machine.

Now I just need to decorate with vintage gas and neon signs...etc

Floor is done and Yenko is in her new home! no more bicycles or kids playing around the car! 100% Automotive garage...

Installed the Floor myself, really proud of it! lot of work but worth it in the end!

Plenty of elbow room: Maybe another muscle car once the 4 post lift is installed???

New AC and Grinder and vice are installed!


I installed 2 doors one at each end, helps with air movement and plus there is still 20 ft behind garage so I can pull cars through if needed.


God has truely blessed me! Not trying to brag just wanted to share my dream with some car guys that can apprieate it!

Thanks, Right now the upstairs is just storage, but will eventually be a guest/pool house with a Bed, bath and small kitchen and Rec room.

Man thats friggin awesome. you must have the coolest HOA in the world for them to allow you to build that monster. it does look nice the way u finished it out, it looks like it belongs there, fits right in. very well done. a garage worthy of a '69 Yenko. VERY NICE!!
