My new '68.

Looks great! Definitely have to take the time to enjoy them, though.

Yep. I'm unfortunately on the second rebuild of my motor. It ran 5 mins and I couldn't get more than 6 lbs of oil pressure. My bad. But this time it should be right and I'm ready to try it out.

Oh, well it's a # matching '67 plane jane. 327-2spd 10 bolt non posi rear end. All redone at one point. Factory Deluxe Interior with a bench seat. Maroon paint with white stripe. NOW it's a .30 over 331? with 10-1 flat tops, forged crank, Edelbrock RPM cam, springs, intake and Holley 670 Avenger carb, HEI, headers, and 461 camel hump heads that are fresh. Also installed a rebuilt T350 trans and had a 10 bolt posi rear end built with 3.42s - I have the CPP Big Brake kit (4 wheel disc) and also have (yet to be installed) tubular upper & lower control arms, 2" dropped spindles, 1" drop Hotchkiss springs, the rear has 3" dropped leaf springs and I'm moving the shocks inboard for rim clearance.
All in all it should be a fun car. The wife wants it and then wants me to find a '68 for my son and a '69 for me. =)
