Nice! Where are you in California? Do you ever take it to the track?

Where you at in California?
Do you go to drag races also? if so which one do you go to?

Im in Buena Park in OC. I have taken it to Irwindale to try the 1/8 mile drag on Thursdays nights. I did terrible with the Nitto's tires. No traction at any speed. Will be going out again soon with MT ETstreets. That should do a lot better at that track.

I'm in Modesto and I run my car at Sacramento. Nitto's don't hook that great. The ET Street's should work better for you.
Here's my car at Sacramento with the old 357 SBC.

Very cool little video. Your car straight up Hooked. I gotta get that exact tire. What was it? and what size? What RPM did you leave gate at? Im new to racing at the track, so much of the problem I had at the track is due to experience and the crappy tires. The track is very slick and needs Drag slicks as opposed to the back road racing where the Nitto's can actually Grab a little.

I have a mini tub also, but cant really see from the angles. Thanks for the response. I 29x12 would be really really close to rubbing on the outer most part of the wheel opening. I do have my fenders rolled in but Im afraid to buy those because I only rolled them and not cut out. As far as hitting on frame on the inside, I think they will fit. the 28x10's is probably what I will go with, and then lower the rear down a little. Your tire doesn't hit anywhere or come extremely close to hitting. I blew a rear tire of Mt's on my last car because it was close to hitting...and it did one time.

I tubbed mine and then built the rear to fit with the 10" wide rims I already had. The rear frame rails aren't symmetrical so I only notched one side. The other side will rub the sidewall when I go around a corner because I have a spool and no sway bars. I've made a ton of 1/4 mile passes over 130MPH without any rubbing.
