Default Just purchased my first camaro in have some questions for you experts

HI All,
New to the site...
So I just purchased my first 67 RS/SS 350 camaro. It is Gold with the deluxe gold interior. 4 speed trans.
I bought it from the original owner and it appears to be all stock. No rust that I can see.
Not sure what the cars true value is and maybe I should have checked with you guys before I purchased it.
Any one happen to know the value?
Any thing I need to look out for?
I'm trying to get all the numbers from the car to check if they are in fact true.
It's never been repainted and has a few minor dents. Nothing major. The headlights will not open but they do close.Thoughts?
Thank you all for your time....

Post some pic's of it... as it is very hard to determine a value without seeing the car.

Overall condition, how much rust, originality, numbers matching (or not), what parts are missing, all play into the value.

So this is what I have found so far. It was licensed by the owner in Jan of 1967. The ttrim tag on the cowl reads 12637 G2 2Lgr 3SL 4P Oh and 12A on top.
The Engine Stamp is 7L1246XX VIJ128MS.
The car has the original paint and the normal "door dings" I can not find any rust and the owner gave me the stock rims with rings and the center caps He installed cragers which are on the car. I took some photos tonight and will post them soon as I can.

So, you're not going to say what you paid?
All of the originality you describe is starting to make it sound better. Post a picture of the trim tag, the way you're rattling off the numbers is making it confusing.
On the block, the 1246XX is the partial VIN. If those numbers match the last 6 digits on the VIN tag, you have the original engine. See if you're not missing a 1 at the very beginning of that string. That denotes Chevy. The 7 is the year (1967). L is the vehicle assembly plant, Los Angeles.
VIJ128MS. There are some questionable digits there. MS is the code for a 350, which is an SS only engine for the 1st gen Camaro. In there is also the engine assembly date, which is always 4 digits, month & day. 28(th) is the day, the two digits before 28 is the month. Check to make sure the J isn't really a broken 0, which would make it 01 (January). The V is the engine assembly plant, Flint. But I'm not making sense of that "I" after the V. Double check what you're seeing there.

Sorry about the trim tag
12A
12637 G-2
711
W 2LGR 3SL
4P

I think that I may have paid to much so I'm a bit shy about it. I will tell you soon as I catch my bank account...

12A: December, A=first week of the month
12637: sport coupe with custom interior
G-2, is that above the 12637 on the tag? G: gold, 2: black top
711: gold custom bucket seats
W: tinted windshield, 2 is a static marker number, not an option code, L: 4 speed, G: center console, R: rear seat speaker
3: another marker number, S: Z23 special interior group, L: Z22 RS package
4: marker number, P: SS 350 code (bingo)
You have a very nice second owner car there. If the first number in the price you paid was a 2, you got a hell of a deal, based on appearances. But I wouldn't be totally surprised if it was in the $30's.
