haha wow craby that was some work you put into that post...Love it!!!

Yes born again to my 69 camaro and to finish the commitment I made to myself the day I was told yes in getting it. The plan is to dig is out from under the pile of crap that's accumulated on and around it this weekend and next. Then I will uncover it and take some new pics with my spiffy new camera I got for my bday.

I did tell my husband that it's time we get serious about it though. Figure out the stupid shifter linkage and get the motor running.
I'm sure glad you're continuing with the '69! Over 38 yrs. that I've owned my '71 I've probably seriously planned to sell it a dozen times. It sat for 10 yrs. with a cover on it, and crap piled all over it from 1989-99. Fotunately when I was thinking of selling it that time my wife said, "Either get that thing running and use it, or get rid of it."
I knew I needed to rebuild the engine first, or it wouldn't be worth more than a parts car, so that began the last 10 yr. journey. Couple years ago I had let it sit again, and wanted to sell it, but again I decided to repaint it first. That lead to renewed interest in it, and again I decided to keep it.
Guess my point is if you don't revisit it every once in awhile you lose interest and start thinking crazy thoughts. So keep your chin up, and jump back into it, even if it's just to do some little things, as they lead to other things and away you'll go again!
