Under the back seat or backrest, stuffed in the frame. On top of the gas tank. Or not at all. Leaving the build sheet with the car was not required as standard procedure. The line workers had to get rid of the sheet when the car was done. That meant either stuffing it in the car, or throwing it away. If you have a build sheet, consider yourself one of the lucky ones of the draw.

Thanks 69, I know its not always left in the car, but if its in there I just want to know the usual places it could be so I dont have to tear the whole car apart. Im not spending all my time looking for it, but I want to know where people have found thiers, so I can keep an eye out if im working around any usual places. This car seems to be all original, and untouched in most places. but thanks again.

i've heard some people finding them in the headliners and under the carpet but i doubt many line guys put them there though.
