Default Hi new here and had a few ?s

Hi my name is Chris I own a 69 Camaro I been restoring for about 7 years. I just got to the motor its a 307 sbc that had a 2bbl carb I just changed the manifold to a Edelbrock 2101 performer and Edelbrock 500cfm performer carb 1403. My question is the trans kick down cable doesnt reach the carb link and the throttle rod end won't fit in any of the holes. I put some pics up so u can get a idea of what I mean I was wondering is there any custom links or brackets to hook all this up just want to hook it all up myself and save some money and take it to someone just to do any fine tuning if needed.

Looks like your throttle rod almost lines up with the smaller hole below and to the right of the big one on the carb. Try to mock it up to that one and see if you have full motion from idle to WOT with the gas pedal. If you do, drill that hole bigger to fit the rod fitting. As far as the kickdown, you'll either need to make a longer bracket, or are you able to move the existing one forward more if you drill another hole, or mount it to another intake manifold bolt that's closer to the carb?

I got the throttle hooked up I drilled the hole a little bigger. My only prob is the kickdown cable its on a bracket thats adjustable I moved it down and it needs like two inchs. when I take it off the bracket theres alot of cable so its long enough I just need to either make a bracket or buy one.
