Hi need help, installing front seat frame floor support
I have a 1969 Camaro which we installed a complete floor pan. I'm looking for measurements to install the front seat frame floor support. Also any advice on how proceed with the installation.
Appreciate any help or any site that I can go.

Look at your old floor, and measure/gauge from that. A visual template from the original is the best guide to follow.
Proceed by welding the support back in. Hop onto youtube and search 1969 Camaro floor replacement. There are plenty of videos out there.

Thank you for your suggestons. Unfortunately the body shop that was working on my car they are longer in business and had throughout my one piece floor pan. But I found out that the floor pan and seat frame floor support are same for years 67, 68 and 69. Thanks again for your help.

I've been working on mine for over four years and nearly done. Installing the front seat frame floor support incorrectly was my biggest mistake. To compensate, I've adjusted the seat frame. Not the best solution, but it worked. Regardless, whether you have the measurements or not, I would bolt the seat on and check the placement prior to welding. I had both directional problems. The seat backs leaned and was not parallel to the dash. The sub-frame bolt will get you the front to back position of the support since it aligns with a hole in the seat support. Good luck.

Tank you IWH for your input, definitely something to think about while installing the seat frame support. I just pull my camaro out storage, it been seating since 09 all the sheet metal has been done except the seat frame support. I too will be working on my car. I had my camaro for last 13 years, mechanical I know my way around engines, trans and D.C. I can weld, but sheet metal and body work is not my game. So I welcome any input that I can get before I start.
Thanks again
Thanks again
