Hi,

I hope I am posting this in the correct area, sorry if I am not.

We have just purchased a 1967 Camaro RS convertible finished in Buternut Yellow. It is an ex California vehicle and had an LT1 engine transplanted back in 1972. We have some pics of it back in the USA where we believe it had been drag raced and we are trying to piece together some of it's previous history.

It was painted in the past a custom pearl yellow and in the pics it has written on the guard paint by Soapy.

From what we have been able to find out it was in storage for near on 30 years prior to it being shipped here to NZ. If anyone would be able to help out with any info it would be greatly appreciated.
