The 1969 trim tag doesn't give as much build information as the 1967 does. The CRG website is a good source for this type of information.

ST 69 = 1969 model year
12437 = Body Style
NOR155677 = Norwood, Ohio Assembly Plant, Fisher Body Number
TR 711 = Interior Trim Code, Black Standard Bucket
61/61 = Paint Color, Burnished Brown
10E = Build Date, fifth week of October
X11 = Used to identify Body Paint and Trim Features

If my car was a burnish brown 61-61 x11 is it a SS350 style trim?

Default X11

Looking at another website it mentions
X11 Style Trim (Included on SS350) what does that mean 😂

I'm not really sure of the 1969 model codes, myself, but it appears an X11 trim code was an option for an SS350 car. The best understanding that I have is that the X11 code pertained mainly to the moldings used the car. The webpage I linked to above goes into more detail under the X-code explanation header.
