Default Heater Core Question!!!

Does anybody have any experience or advice on how to go about replacing a heater core on a '67 RS Camaro? I am about to do so and I want to make sure everything goes smoothly...

Good luck. The easiest way is to remove the inner fender to access it.

It's not that hard, I pulled mine out altogether. You get it out from under the dash. Remove the glovebox, then you'll be able to see the blower case that's bolted to the inside firewall. Get that unbolted and removed (you'll also need to disconnect any ducting), and the heater core will be right inside there. I believe my core had a keeper bracket holding it in place. Then as long as the heater hoses are off, the core will pull right out (with maybe a little wiggling involved too).

Make sure you get the seals also. I had everything and then had to wait on those. And I did have to unbolt the fender, didnt take it all the way off though. Just unbolted everything so I could get at some of the top bolts.
