Unhappy Fuse Box Question

I have no power to fuse box on 67 camaro. What wire in original wiring makes the fuse box hot?

If you are sure that there is no power at the fuse box.
The fuse box and the engine compartment wiring harness are sandwiched together on the fire wall. There will be two thru firewall bolts catacorner to each other then depending on the particular fuse panel there may be another one in the center. Follow the lead from the battery and make sure you have power at all the points you can get to leading to the panel. Then, if you do have power to the panel, disconnect the battery. Then pull the harness apart at the firewall and check for corrosion, oxidation, or simply a lack of connection. Check for continuity on the main line you traced to the connection on the back of the wiring harness. Then check for continuity from the mating terminal attached to the fuse panel. I want to give you more info but it depends on which panel you have. I find it easier to just trace the wire. :-)

Power comes from a terminal block on the radiator support behind the battery. You should have a hot lead from the battery terminal and another wire from the front lighting harness that leads to the firewall connector.
