I'm thinking about getting a set of disc brakes to replace my drums in the front. What’s a good kit to buy? I'm looking to get one that is somewhat easy to install, but still works well. Thanks!

SSBC Performance Brake Systems seems to be the most popular, or at least what I see most resellers advertising. I just upgraded my manual drum to power disk on the front only. It was pretty easy install, but I did have the front end apart when I did it. Make sure you know what you want. There are several packages with several options. Some things to consider... Do you want to stay with 14" wheels? Do you want special slotted or drilled rotors? Do you want drop spindles? Do you want to upgrade to power? Do you want any upgraded brake lines? Make sure to look at the placement of the proportioning valve... Just a few things to consider with the upgrade. Good luck!!

I have a complete set of ORIGINAL 1967 4-piston front brakes that I took off of a 1967 Camaro in the 70's.....For Sale.
Replacements are only 2-piston and are not OEM for a Camaro.
Includes Master Cylinder w/ proportioning valves, backing plates, even the foot pedal with Disc Brake on it.
Please let me know if you are interested. I have more info and pics.
Thanks,
Paul
