Default Cowl Hood air box

Anyone have an aftermarket(non-stock) supplier foran aircleaner housing that will mate up to the cowl hood? Car is a '68 but the hood is likely a 70's or later version with the round opening on the underside to the cowl.

The round opening sound like a Z29 hood. Could be aftermarket. I dont think any other gen will fit a 1st gen hood. what year is the car? www.rickscamaro.com has the parts. If not try www.classicindustires.comfor later years.

Reading throught the Year One stuff, it would appear the hood is a ZL2 which was used on '69 Z28, SS, & COPOs. Don't now if it is original, or reproduction. Car is a '68. I've been to the suggested sites, but really don't need the stock parts for theZL2 cold air system(very pricey) since the hood was never on this year, plus I'm doing apro-touring set up,so I do not need originality. I just need to sealthe air cleaner to the hoodso the engine heat does not poor through the cowl and into the cabin air vents (very uncomfortable on even cool days). Plus it would be a bonus to have the cowl functioning as it should, providing cold air to the engine. I washoping someone on the forum had already solved this and had a generic air box supplier that could be easily fitted with minimal fabrication.Anyone?
Thanks,
