Default Couple questions for you guys.

On a 69 camaro, the window guides that keep the window in place while rolling it up and down. What material is on them? felt? and where can i buy that material?

Can i use a grade 8 bolts for my seat belts? Or should I just buy the seat belt bolt kit?

Any help would be much appreciated!!! thanks in advance.

For the window guides, I recovered mine with a piece of lightweight black fabric that is used in speaker boxes.

Ok cool. So its the fabric that speaker boxes are covered with. Where did you find that fabric?

I saw your build up and man you are chipping away at that car, it looks great. Keep on posting. I Just restored my rally wheels it was a very boring and cold weekend. So something needed to be done. Thanks again

same here, never thought to use that though. My dad bought me replacements off ebay for christmas last year. Wish I was to the point that putting them in was the only thing I had to worry about on my 68
