Coolant recovery tank?

Did the first gen ever have a coolant recovery tank? Maybe I'm not looking in the right places, but I can't find one. I even tried classic induntries and ricks first gen. Any help will be welcomed......even if your telling me I'm a retard and I need to look at XXXXX. Thanks

I really don't think they did. When I bought mine it had the original radiator with an aftermarket universal overflow. Nothing fancy but it does the job. You can buy universals from summit or just about anywhere. The link for a few on summit is:
