Default Console gauges

I am a newbe to the forum. I have a '69 that has been in storage for a long time and I am starting to get the itch... My console gauges are in need of alot help. I fugure it will cost me around $200-$250 to get them all looking and working ok.I can buy the repos set for $350 to $450.

Question for the board:

1. Are the repos any good? Is it better to havethe GM ones inpoor condition or the new ones, new?
2.Is theremore then one repo out there? The price range is broad, and that makes me think there might be more then one co. making them.

Thanks for your help.
