charging system

1969 SS (350) and I can not manage to get charging system working. I have checked grounds, replaced alt, volt reg, and battery. Any ideas?

Is the only thing it is not doing is charging? Do you have a volt meter and current meter?

Can you borrow an alternator or voltage regulator from a buddy ? Shadetree idea, but .... ?
