Default Carburetor question

I need a carburetor recommendation for a 67 Camaro engine is 250 six cylinder, 4 speed, mild cam, header and Offenhouser 4 barrel intake
I had a Holley 390 that was mediocre performance and always stumbled at mid to high rpm but was ok after 4 Barr opened but could never cure them stumbling issue

Edelbrock carbs are very plug & play with minimal adjustments needed out of the box

Might want to look at the 500 cfm one...maybe downsize jets if needed.

All depends on what bolts up to your Offy manifold

You might try a couple numbers larger squirter, ie, 25 to 27.
