Nice ride, you might try KBB.com, maybe Hagerty Ins.

It's worth between $5-$7k. Give me your address, I'll be right over! lol
There's one of those rare as hens teeth 6 cylinder cars we were talking about the just the other day.
I'd have to say in the low $30's range. But start higher and test the waters.

I may have rode in that car! My roommate in college owned a car just like that. His dad owned a Chevy dealer in Pennsylvania, his dad wouldn't let him order a V8.

The car has spent its entire life in The same hometown area in Pennsylvania
I’ve searched the Internet for another one like it and have not been able to find a real six-cylinder 4 Speed convertible 67 Camaro Rally sport

Sure sounds like the same car! The original owners name was Dave Lundgrin.. I heard from a fellow class mate a few years ago that Dave died in a race car accident about 15 years ago.

what a car is insured for as "agreed value" and what it can get for sale are 2 completely different #'s in most cases.

Yes I agree, I use Hagerty and they where willing to insure it for what ever I wanted. That is because they charge more money for more insurance. Remember they are betting that nothing is going to happen to these cars and we are it will. Since most of us are very carful with the theses cars its pretty rare something does happen to them.

We have talked about the I6 original cars before. I have seen i6 that where owned by older couple that where all original at auction. They tend to attract a lot of attention but not a lot of bids. 95% of your buyers out there want a big block but will settle for a small block, but most of those do not want to be the one that deflowers an all original car. Of course there is no reason to start low, You should start high, may you can find a rich guy that wants it for his daughter. You can always get lucky but with most of the market looking for a V8 you should not expect a quick sale and do not run it to the auction without a reserve.

Some "minor" modifications can really wake up that old tired 6 banger!
