Question Big Block swap questions?

Im changing my car to a bigblock from the small block. my question is the heater box on the out side. I purchased the big block cover but there are still holes for the small block heater core.

What do i do for those holes weld a piece in or is there a kit to cover it up like the clutch hole on the other side?

thanks for any help

Btw i have a 69 v8 car with out AC

How big are the holes? Are they bolt holes? What exactly are we talking about.

Buy a heater box gasket set from any supplier and it has a rectangular foam piece that goes between the inside heater box and the firewall. It blocks off the small block heater core holes.

No, all firewalls are the same- as for as BB or SB. The SB holes on a BB car firewall was plugged with foam.
