Default Best 68 Car Cover?

Hello, I've been looking on the web for a really good Custom Fit Cover for my 68.

I don't want a real thick bulky hard to store cover... Its just to keep dust off the car while in the garage, So no Rain or UV sun protection needed... I like the thinner stretch covers that they make for the new Camaros but have not seen them for the 1st gen Camaros...

What are you using? Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Michael

Ha,

Thanks, I ended up calling MVP Motorsports and Coverking does have a Satin strech version that is custom fit to the year you request. Comes in a bunch of colors and striping options, I went Black w. White Racing Stripes to match my car. Little Pricey 385.00 but hopefully it will be worth it!

the reason I said sheets is because I bought a cover for my 68,and when I removed it I was surprised to see how much dust was in the engine compartment.
this of coarse will depend on the usage of your garage and type of heat

I've had the same results with most lightweight car covers I've owned. They don't keep the fine dust off the cars. Fine dust goes right through them, and your car is dusty underneath anyway. I usually keep an air hose handy, and had to blow the dust off the surface after pulling the cover off.

Personally I would go with Camaro 69 recommendation but if that is not what you are looking for try here.

California Car Cover Company - Car Cover Materials

I had their Stormweave and that thing was nice until a cat used it as a scratching post. I hate cats.

Camaro 69's definitely got the best advice. Idk a good cover but i know i made the worst mistake ever and bought a universal cover from oreilly auto and well my paint paid the price for it sadly, so be careful!

Best indoor car cover for cars is the Coverking Satin stretch, it is pricey but worth every penny on the finish of your car.
