Default BB Radiator Cap PSI

I have a 540BB with a terrific dual core BeCool radiator. I love the way the unmarked polished rad cap looks but it' a wrestling match to get the darn thing off ! I was thinking of swapping it out for a vented Stant cap.
Does a 16psi cap sound right or would you guys suggest 13psi ?

Sixteen is good, more the better since a BBC.
I have a stock '88 Dually with a 454 and I had to go to a 22 lb cap preventing the dreaded 'boiling' sound after shut down, heat soak.
All coolant system components are pressure tested to 50 PSI.
