AC-compressor issues
Hi all,
I activated the AC of my 1968 Camaro RS after 5 years out of service again last weekend. My car has the 4-bbl 327. The system works fine and blows icecold. The only issue I have is that the compressor seems to switch on and off constantly and restrains the motor each time it switches on. This feels like as if you would push the break for a second each 4-5 seconds and is really annoying. Does anyone have an idea of the root cause? Is that an issue with the compressor and would an exchange help?
