Default 69Z Looking for BBC alum front engine plate for stock frame

Hey all,

I'm looking for a BBC aluminum front engine plate made for the stock frame. Sounds easy but when you see how the ones are sold, they do not come close to working height wise for the fit in a factory frame. I have looked at Chris Alston, Chassisworks, Comp Eng, etc... and I have found none that go into the stock front frame. For tube chassis or aftermarket, there are plenty that would work fine. The deal is, the frame on the first gen is lower than where the plates that are sold, mount up to the engine. So one could add material to the bottom of the left and right sides and make that work. That doesn't look so great and it seems somebody would have one where that material would not have to be made or added to. I want a clean installation and looking for those who may have seen one, or had one made so I can contract whoever made that for them. Thanks for any assistance. Ken
